Overview

The pre-eminent assets of the equine industry are its people and the passion they possess for their involvement with the equine. The goal of the Ohio Equine Industry Coalition and specifically its grass roots initiatives is to harness that passion and utilize it for the betterment of the industry.

Grass Roots Captains

To that end, it is our desire to identify a grass roots captain in each Ohio county. This person would be responsible for disseminating information from the OEIC in Columbus to their respective counties, as well as reporting news from that county back to the OEIC. If you have any interest in being considered for a position in your county, please contact us at oeic@ohioequineindustry.org.

Survey/Assets

Also, with each new member information “packet,” we will be including a grass roots survey that we ask our members to complete. It will help us better target and mobilize efforts in the future. If you are a member and have not filled out a survey, please go here. If you are not yet a member, but are interested in helping the OEIC on its issues, please feel free to fill out the survey as well.
